We currently only ship within Italy.

Production and shipping times

All our products are made to measure after your order is placed: for this reason delivery times aren't standardised and depend on the specifics of each order and on current production volumes.

As a general guide, the overall time includes:

1. Production: the product is made according to the measurements and design chosen by the customer.
2. Shipping: once production is complete, the order is handed over to the courier and the customer receives a shipping confirmation email.

The Company cannot be held responsible for any delays due to force majeure or courier service issues.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the type, size and weight of the products ordered, and are calculated and shown in the basket before you confirm your order.

Delivery

Delivery is made by courier to the address given in the order, at street level. When your order arrives, please check that the packaging is intact: if it's visibly damaged, we recommend accepting the goods with a note of reservation on the courier's delivery note, and letting us know about the damage as soon as possible at info@linea-garden.it.
