Custom Products and Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

All products sold on www.linea-garden.it are made to measure and personalised according to the specifications provided by the customer (sizes and design chosen at the time of order) and are manufactured only after the order has been completed.

For this reason, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal provided for distance purchases does not apply: as these are made-to-measure and clearly personalised goods, the order cannot be cancelled once production has started, and the product cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal in no way limits the customer's rights in the case of defective or non-conforming products. All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity set out in Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, lasting 24 months from delivery.

In the event of a lack of conformity (a product that is damaged, defective or different from what was ordered), the customer is entitled to have conformity restored through repair or replacement or, in the cases provided for by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract with a corresponding refund.

To speed up the process, it is helpful to include the order number and a few photographs of the product received.

Transport Damage

Upon delivery, customers are asked to check that the packages are intact. If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend accepting the goods subject to inspection, noting this on the courier's delivery note, and reporting the damage to us as soon as possible at info@linea-garden.it.

Refunds

Where a refund is due under the cases provided for (lack of conformity, termination of the contract, order not accepted), it will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of the right to a refund being established.
